Ke Jyun Wu is a media artist who lives and creates at the intersection of the virtual and the real. Rather than reconstructing nature, he reimagines it — offering audiences new ways to perceive the world and uncovering the extraordinary hidden within the ordinary. His works don’t aim to explain nature, but to awaken a renewed sensitivity to it, crafting emotionally resonant environments that invite presence, reflection, and feeling.
Inspired by a deep connection to nature and a fascination with the boundless potential of digital media, Ke Jyun explores how technology can expand our sensory relationship with the world. His Digiscape series reinterprets natural phenomena through generative visuals and algorithmic motion. In Synchronic Tides, for instance, ocean waves are transformed into cascading layers of leaves, preserving the rhythm and flow of water while offering a new visual language for ecological imagination.
Each project begins with a single sentence — an evocative phrase that captures the emotional core of the work. This poetic seed becomes a compass for both concept and execution, guiding the blend of fluid motion, atmospheric light, and interactive systems. Through this process, Ke Jyun creates immersive, dreamlike spaces where meaning and emotion coexist, and where digital landscapes become sites for quiet wonder and discovery.
His work envisions a future where technology and ecology resonate rather than conflict. By merging the tangible and the virtual, Ke Jyun invites viewers to reexamine their relationship with nature — not through abstraction or narrative, but through direct, sensorial experience.
